EFT and TAT

EFT: (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

EFT

EFT is an efficient method for freedom from emotional and mental dificulties, and expanding our perspectives. This freedom can give profound benefits with regard to chronic pains, illnesses, and our well-being.

The basis for our attitudes, priorities, and the way we relate to our environment was formed during earlier experiences, often during childhood.   While the experiences cannot be changed, our perception of them, lodged in our sub-conscious mind can be. Surprisingly easily.  See (Link to Principle) .

EFT in it’s basic form involves light stimulation of up to 16 meridian points around the face, upper chest and fingers, with our attention focused in the direction of a specific problem or situation. There is no need to analyse or vividly recount any sequences of our life. The process is mild.

I have experienced profound changes in clients, happening in minutes. At other times, a certain amount of detective work is required to find the hidden sources of a problem.

I teach this technique to clients who wish to learn it. It is quite easily learnt and can be used in a wide variety of areas. Children respond wonderfully to this technique, and parents would do well to learn it – to ease the often difficult processes of their growing up.

Gary Craig, the developer of this method, has made a substantial contribution to increased well-being in people. He has made much information and educational material easily accessible at the website given below.

This technique can be used anywhere, and be a useful tool for you, for the rest of your life.

TAT: (Tapas Acupressure Technique)

TAT

TAT has  been refered to as a ‘Portal of Grace’ by its founder Tapas Fleming. I wholeheartedly agree to this description.

While the principles behind TAT are similar to EFT, the technique used is slightly different.  Emotional, mental, and physical problems can be healed with TAT.

By placing our hands in a manner where we can energeticallly connect to our brain and it’s stored memories, we can change unwanted perceptions and beliefs at a very deep level. While the technique is simple, it is the intent and presence during the process that influences the outcome.

Most often, the results can be noticable soon after. The time factors do defy conventional perceptions of health and healing.

Everyone in a group of people would percieve an object or an incident in a different way. What influences the difference is our past experience with anything similar (Link to Principle).

Changing perceptions that limit us can change our lives – bringing brightness, optimism and strength - and often positively effect those that are around us.
