Peak Performance
In any area where we need to bring out our best - be it in exams, sports, artistic efforts, or a work situation – our performance is influenced by at least 4 factors:
- The target we set, or what we expect from ourselves.
- Our degree of self-confidence.
- How we communicate, and how we percieve feedback.
- The knowledge or technical ability we have at hand.
The first 3 aspects, and indirectly the fourth aspect can be influenced and changed by the Energy Therapies I use. Concrete results can be shown within the space of 3 consultations. Where results are measurable, I can also give a guaranty for results.
The target we set, or what we expect from ourselves:
Our expectations may be too low, or unrealistically high. In both cases, the parametres are often already decided based on previous experience, and what we think, expect of ourselves, or believe that we can do. What we think or believe has to be changed on the sub-conscious level before real effects can be seen (Link to Principle).
Our degree of self-confidence:
This is again based on past experiences, and is a direct result of the above point.
Communication and perception:
How we communicate or percieve communication is directly connected to our own self-image, and our perception of the environment. If we perceive the environment as threatening in some way, we could for example, easily misunderstand a simple objective message as a personal incursion. Most often, the roots of our perceptions may have been laid far back in the past.
The knowledge or technical ability we have at hand.
There are many who have developed the knowledge or technical abilities required to achieve a target, but are unable to use them when it really matters. Fear of failing or of reactions from the environment, lack of self-confidence, or unrealistic targets, can inhibit our performance. Perhaps we do not have the required motivation to move ahead and increase our basic knowhow.
All of the above can be changed efficiently on a very fundamental level. Where there is a will there is a way. The ways described here have proved to give good results.
